1. Field visit was made to Moringa and Cluster bean crop at G.Usilampatti Village, Andipatty Block.
2. We have identified the podfly incidence in Moringa and micronutrient deficiency problems in Cluster beans.
3. Recommended soil application of Thiamethoxam 25 WG @ 200g a.i. / ha on 150, 180 and 210 days after planting and need based foliar spray of Spinosad 45 SC @ 56g a.i. / ha followed by Profenophos 50 EC@ 250g a.i. / ha for Moringa. Foliar application of 0.5 to 1.0 % MN mixture for Cluster bean.
