1. To document and characterize the district-wise,
location-specific technologies developed by TNAU, TANUVAS,
and TNJFU, and to assess their dissemination and adoption
patterns among farmers in Tamil Nadu. 2. To analyse the determinants of adoption and identify technological, socio-economic, institutional, communication, and behavioral factors responsible for non-adoption, partial adoption, and discontinuance of recommended technologies. 3. To assess the district-wise impact of adopted technologies on productivity, yield gap, farm income, livelihoods, and social well-being, and to develop location-specific extension strategies for enhancing technology adoption and scaling up successful innovations. |
