Event Details: 

1. Organised awareness programme on Khet Bachao Abhiyan collaboration with Department of Agriculture and ATMA at Melmangalam, Jangalpatti and Veppampatti villages.

2. Explained about importance of soil testing and method of soil sample collection to the farmers.

3. Created awareness among farmers about the importance of green manuring in improving soil fertility, reducing chemical fertilizer usage and enhancing sustainable agricultural production.

4. Created awareness on importance of natural farming and reducing the indiscriminate use of pesticides and chemicals in farming activities.
