Delivered a technical session on Post-Harvest Technology and Value Addition in agricultural and horticultural crops during the Post-Harvest Processing Training Programme for farm women.
• Provided detailed guidance on licensing procedures, branding, packaging, labelling regulations, and marketing strategies to promote value-added products.
• The programme was organized by the Agriculture Research Station (SSERA) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University under the “Building & Scaling up Climate Resilient Villages in Tamil Nadu (TNCRV)” initiative, focusing on post-harvest processing training for farm women.
