Delivered a technical session on Post-Harvest Technology and Value Addition in agricultural and horticultural crops during the Post-Harvest Processing Training Programme for farm women.
• Demonstrated the operation and utility of a Mini Oil Expeller and Mini Pulverizer for small-scale processing and income generation.
• The programme was organized by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University – Agriculture Research Station (SSERA) under the “Building & Scaling up Climate Resilient Villages in Tamil Nadu (TNCRV)” initiative, focusing on post-harvest processing training for farm women.
