Conducted off-campus training on drudgery-reducing technologies for spice crops especially in Cardamom, Coffee and Pepper for Paliyar tribal farming community
• Overview of KVK Mandated Activities
• Handled a technical session on drudgery-reducing technologies and its importance for improving operational efficiency in spice crops harvest and processing.
• Explained the procedures for licensing, branding, packaging, labeling, quality testing and marketing strategies for spices and Minor Forest Produce (MFP)
• Highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship development in agriculture and allied sectors with emphasis on rural enterprise opportunities for farmers, farm women and rural youth.
