• Conducted 5th day STRY Training Programme on Millets Production and Value Addition in collaboration with SAMETI, Tamil Nadu and MANAGE, Hyderabad.
• Handled a technical session on Biofortified Millet varieties and its cultivation techniques by SMS (Agronomy).
• Interaction and sharing of success story on indigenous millet varieties, features and its cultivation practices by Mr.Kamaraj (87), Progressive farmer, Seepalakottai Village, Chinnamanur Block, Theni
• Handled a session on FSSAI, UDAYM registration and its importance, branding, packaging, labelling procedures by SMS (Home Science).
Awarness Programme on safe usage of pesticides
Event Details:
* Lecture delivered on how to protect sprayman from chemicals and also given precaution methods.
* Distribution of protection kits to the farmers.
Group meeting
Event Details:
1. Conducted group meeting with Andipatty Flower Farmer Producer Company (AFFPCL) Board of directors at Mayandipatty Village.
2. Discussed about production of value added products from agriculture and horticulture crops.
3. Interacted about future business development activities with BODs.

• Conducted 1st day STRY Training Programme on Millets Production and Value Addition in collaboration with SAMETI, Tamil Nadu and MANAGE, Hyderabad.
• Mr.P.Maheswaran, PC (i/c) welcomed the gathering. Presidential address was given by Dr.P.Patchaimal, Chairman, KVK Theni. Keynote address was given by Mrs. P.Shanthi, DD (ATMA-FTC). Special addresses were given by Mr.N.Pandi ADA, Chinnamanur Block and Ms.S.Hemalatha, AO (FTC).

On campus training on “ICM in Black gram”
Event Details:
1. Lecture delivered on ICM in Black gram and importance of bio fertilizers in crop growth to the farmers.
2. Explained about importance of soil testing and method of soil sample collection.
3. As a part of this program distributed VBN 8 Black seeds to the 25 farmers of Ponnampadugai village under CFLD programme.

Identified zinc deficiency and thirps infestation.
Following advisory services are given,
Soil application of 5 kg of zinc sulphate with 20 kg sand.
Foliar spray of Azadirachtin 0.15% for thirps management
Farmers Visit to KVK
Event Details:
* BODs of Mazhaithuli Livestock FPCL, Pulikuthi, Chinnamanur block, visited KVK for getting technical advisories in Food Processing Sector.
* Provided need based processing technologies, packaging and labelling procedures.
