Conducted skill training on Pickles, Papad, and Masala Powder production to promote entrepreneurship development.
• Delivered a technical session covering preparation techniques, quality control, hygiene standards, and value addition methods.
• Demonstrated the preparation of Chaat Masala, Biryani Masala, Chicken Masala, Moringa Leaf Pickle and Banana Flower Pickle.

Training to Extension functionaries
Event Details:
1. Lecture delivered on Latest technologies in Agriculture, importance of various crop boosters in crop growth and it's application methods to the extension functionaries of Theni district.
2. We have explained about Integrated Nutrient Management (INM) practices and Sustainable Soil health management practices.
3. Finally, we have discussed about major problems faced by the farmers and given recommendations.

• The programme was organized by the Agriculture Research Station (SSERA) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University under the “Building & Scaling up Climate Resilient Villages in Tamil Nadu (TNCRV)” initiative, focusing on post-harvest processing training for farm women.

Diagnostic field visit
Event Details:
1. Field visit was made to Coconut crop at Vethalamadai village of Periyakulam block.
2. We have identified a Spiraling rugose white fly and micro nutrient deficiency problem in Coconut . Recommended foliar application of Neem oil @ 2 ml / litre of water.
3. Also, we have explained about bio control application methods and usage in Coconut crop.
Training on Value Addition in Milk
Event Details:
Conducted an off-campus training programme on value addition in milk at Anuppapatti Village, Aundipatti Block under DAPSC.
• Delivered a technical session on milk processing and preparation of various value-added dairy products.
• Explained food licensing procedures FSSAI registration, MSME UDYAM, along with guidance on branding, packaging, labelling regulations, product costing, marketing strategies and relevant state and central government schemes.

Group Meeting
Event Details:
Conducted a group meeting for the members of Lavoisier Collective Farming Producer Company.
• The meeting was presided over by Mr. R. Suresh, DD (Agri.Marketing), who highlighted various government schemes and subsidy opportunities available for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
• A technical session was delivered on different types of packaging materials and their importance in enhancing product quality, shelf life, and market value.
